Job Description:
v Oversee Property and Construction Accounting Staff
v Standardize procedures and improve controls to comply with generally accepted accounting principles, tax requirements, SEC requirements, and management reporting requirements
v Direct preparation of all financial reports and ensure the accuracy of the work
v Analyze and interpret statistical and accounting information
v Work with independent auditors
v Interpret current policies and procedures

Qualifications:
v B.S. in Accounting
v CPA preferred
v Real Estate experience a Must
v Excellent communication skills
v Excellent analytical and organizational skills
v Extensive knowledge of real estate accounting software's including JD Edwards
v Strong Planning and organizational skills
